Estate Planning and Trust Administration: The Law Offices of Albert J. Probate and Conservatorships: We have many years of experience in providing Conservatorship representation. Our staff has been involved in hundreds of conservatorship proceedings and we have assisted both Conservators and Conservatees. Mr. Nicora is routinely appointed by the Superior Court to intervene in difficult conservator cases. We have the expertise to bring either Conservatorships of the Person and Conservatorships of the Estate. Mr. Nicora and the staff has the knowledge and experience to both obtain the appointment of a conservator or to seek to assist the prospective conservatee by advocating the dismissal of a conservatorship proceeding in appropriate situations.

Business Planning, Formation, Operation and Restructuring: Our firm has extensive experience in the planning, formation, operation and restructuring of all types of business entities, including Limited Liability Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, general and limited partnerships, and joint ventures. We handle a wide range of transactions including mergers, business acquisitions, and business restructuring. We represent businesses and industries at every stage of development, from start-up through sale of business. We emphasize a full range of services, from rendering assistance in structuring, to negotiating and documenting complex business transactions. Civil Litigation: We offer our clients representation in a wide variety of business (civil) litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels. We litigate matters arising under common law and statutory schemes such as breach of contract, breach of partnership and corporate fiduciary obligations, business torts, commercial lease disputes, construction disputes, hazardous materials liability, and Planning and Zoning law.

Agricultural Law: Within the agricultural law practice, Albert J. Nicora has represented growers, custom harvesters, shippers and processors throughout the state. Their expertise includes agricultural contracts, leases, joint deals and litigation. Albert J. Nicora has appeared before the full range of federal and state agencies which regulate agriculture.
